• Direct Patient Care Experience - Work alongside IU Student Health Center Nurses, IU Health LifeLine EMS providers, and other IU officials at various Bloomington and IU events such as wound treatment at Little 500 practices and First Aid for other local IU events.
• Clinical Volunteer Hours - Fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in patient care.
• Life-saving Skills - Practice full extent of the BLS scope of practice with frequent skills and scenario training events
• Connection with IU School of Medicine - Network and collabrorate with administrators and students from the IU School of Medicine while practicing your skills at the IU Interprofessional Simulation Center
• Leadership Opportunities - Take on additional leadership roles within the organization and experience running an EMS organization while in college. Multiple opportunities are available ranging from finance to training to public relations!
